- What sort of networking hardware do you have installed? Model numbersand firmware version would be helpful. (For example: routers, switches, hubs, external modems, etc.)
- When was the last time you were able to launch the game successfully?
- Does this happen repeatedly or are you able to play at certain times andnot able to play at other times?
- Is there a specific time of day you seethis happening?
We also suggest that you should update your graphics card driver.

It's helpful to have the most current software versions of the drivers for your video card. Every computer has a graphics card which is used to display the graphicson your monitor. Graphics cards use a special type of software called 'drivers' and these must be updated every now and then to ensure your graphics card is working at peak performance. The problem you reported might be a problem with your graphics card drivers. It can be resolved by upgrading to the latest drivers which canbe found on the manufacturer's or vendor's web site.
